**Batching Plant Management**
- Coordinate with Production Team with relevant parties to obtain detail production schedules to plan the quantity of materials for production.
- Determined Precast Moulds requirements with the Production Team in terms of quantity and prepare concrete according to the volume of works and limit wastages.
- Schedule & monitor materials delivery and consumption.
- Establish Precast Components production schedule to tie in with projects requirements.
- Assist the Production Team to carry out trial mix design for all projects well in advance to meet the start of production. The production team have to seek approval on the mix design with the 28th day strength to the project QP before can commence to use the propose mix design for the project.
- Ensure the quality of sand, aggregates and other materials meet tender specification.
- Ensure the quality control for the batching of concrete all the time.
- Keep proper records of inspection, testing of materials and cube strength and calibration certificates.
- Manage the batching plant and arrange for the maintenance and repair of the plant.
- Ensure concrete batch are mix according to the approved mix design.
- Keep proper records of batching plant computer system with the master computer system. A separate file to keep computer print outs and record book to update the field works.
- Manage concrete delivering system and ensure all waste material are managed as per the approved system in Singapore with relevant authorities.
- Ensure the delivery order for material suppliers. Weight vehicle transporting incoming or outgoing materials and issuance of bridge ticket on the delivery order. To create a system to direct delivery to storage yard or take possession of materials effectively without obstructing the access roads around the factory.
- To update the Management with reports on the materials management for the batching plant regularly and operating the plant within the approved budgets.
- Work with the Management on new products and activity carry out R & D to support new technology.
- To maintain ISO and any other accreditation for the company at the highest level. To lead the team and be ready with the periodic audit carried out at the Batching Plant.

**ICPH Management**
- To work with Project/Production Team for the implementation of the ICPH until success commission and operation.
- To understand the various equipment with the Project/Production Team, ensure the equipment are install accordingly to the schedules and approved specification.
- To reviews all drawings / manuals / trainings kit to be provided by the various vendors and ensure the training program are comprehensive to the Production Team to manage the facility after taking over.
- To understand each and individual equipment fully in depth in order to operate all the equipment successfully without relying on the vendor after taking over.
- Plan for spare parts management for all the equipment and to work out a logistic system to carry out spare Management for uninterrupted operation of the precast facility.
- To implement comprehensive, plan, routine and breakdown maintenance schemes for the Management approval for uninterrupted factory operation.
- To set-up the target date and follow-up with the responsible department on the implementation and handing over of equipment after commissioning.
- Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the production equipment are under full control and in accordance to operation manual and work instruction manual set after taking over from the Project Team.
- The Superintendent with his staffs to take over the entire master control system that link to all equipment and performance of each equipment are fundamental to production and delivery of precast component as finished products yield from ICPH Factory.

**MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering — Min 10 years/ or 15 years (for Diploma) with Batching Plant and 10 years with Precast Experiences.
