We are seeking a skilled and experienced **IAM Consultant/Senior Consultant** with in-depth knowledge of **NetIQ IAM solutions**. This role is critical in supporting our growing cybersecurity team to ensure seamless identity and access management across our organization. The position offers the flexibility of remote work, making it ideal for top talent based in India or the Philippines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and manage NetIQ IAM solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain workflows, access policies, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing NetIQ Identity Manager, Access Manager, and Advanced Authentication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems and integrations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver technical documentation and user training as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an IAM Consultant or similar role with expertise in **NetIQ IAM solutions**.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks in IT security.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

**Application Process**

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
