**We’re Hiring: Bar Captain, Cabana**

Love working with people? Enjoy creating good vibes and great experiences? **_As the friendly face behind the bar _**, you'll play a key role in delivering warm hospitality, crafting beverages with care, and ensuring our members enjoy a welcoming and relaxing experience.

Whether you’re recommending a drink or keeping the bar in tip-top shape, **_your energy and attention to detail help bring the Club's dining experience _**to life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
- Inform members about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.
- Accurately take beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques and ensure prompt entry into the POS system.
- Prepare beverage orders with care and consistency.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Minimise waste, breakages and mishandling of equipment or supplies.
- Handle feedback professionally and ensure guests' satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
- Any other duties assigned to support F&B operations.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a must.
