**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services on-site.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters.
- Monitor and manage MEP works closely with DSCs, EDCs, and NCSs to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee MEP subcontractors' submissions, including method statements, shop drawings, material samples, and progress reports.
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawings (CSD) and Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP).
- Ensure all works meet required quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain a strong focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or MEP coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
