Sephora Asia is looking for a Product Owner to successfully manage the suite of products in the Sephora Asia Supply Chain and Logistics scope. We are looking for a highly motivated strategic thinker and an excellent collaborator who can influence stakeholders across Asia (China, South Korea, Hong Kong and SEA) in transforming the organization with cutting edge technologies in a high paced environment.
In this role you will be accountable for the Asia Supply Chain and Logistics technology present or in the roadmap for Sephora Asia, these products span from merchandising tools such a brand portal and space planning tools to supply chain with ERP to omni strategy with the order management eco-system.
You will work closely with the Regional Delivery Managers and Function expert team and coordinate priorities and requirements to a technical delivery team and will provide guidance so that the Product backlogs for the delivery team are aligned with the strategy, roadmap and goals set. You will be an advocate of product and agile methodologies and act as a role model of these behaviours both within your team and across the Platform Product community. You will collaborate with senior business owners to ensure that the right priorities are being worked on across the Group and that your domain’s interests are appropriately represented.
Working within the Supply Chain & Logistics domain you will be steering the approach and transition of new Supply Chain & Logistics technologies and Warehouse Management processes. You will be based in Singapore, and travel as required.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Responsible for defining the product roadmaps across the Supply Chain & Logistics domain, including all management of backlog and project management activities.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal business teams and external partners to identify business needs and opportunities that can be delivered through Supply Chain & Logistics technology
- Responsible for writing and prioritizing stories directly or through your team
- Responsible for managing trade-offs as well as definition of acceptance criteria
- Own the logical architecture, assess the baseline and set direction and govern the evolution of the roadmap
- Identify, adopt and drive benefit from new methods of working such as DevOps, Agile, Kanban
- Engage with Product Heads and Product Owners as necessary to ensure that the appropriate design view and ensure all stakeholder input is taken into account or concerns addressed
- Organize Product Reviews to ensure wider architecture and solutions peer group input is sought for robust design
- Conduct proof of concept exercises for emerging solutions and prove out potential enhancements to the design

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in product management
- Past experience in Agile implementation with multiple scrum teams is a plus
- Experience of managing enterprise level products through their lifecycle from idea to delivery
- Proven experience in successfully delivering measurable business value through software or initiatives you have defined
- Experience organising and enabling cross functional tea
