Our client, a leading provider of Digital Client Lifecycle Management technologies for the global financial services sector is looking to hire Policy & Regulatory Affairs, Regional Lead.

An integral part of the company’s offering is the Regulatory expertise, and this role has been created to drive out the regional strategy and campaigns. From horizon scanning to interpreting and translating critical industry regulations into the suite of products. Commercialising the regulatory IP is a primary objective.

**You will be involved in activities such as**:

- Conduct market analysis to capture the economic rationale for implementing new regulations
- Create the business case for investment and guide it through the governance process
- Work with industry stakeholders (buyers & users) to decompose market requirements and define compelling and differentiated solutions using 1-1 interviews, client roundtables or other structure as appropriate
- Be a passionate speaker and blogger of regulatory related content, and represent Fenergo and industry and client forums
- Be proactive in working with the Fenergo community of clients to discuss and align on the regulatory strategy
- Be accountable for the quality, timeliness and maturity of our regulatory content and offering

**You will possess**:

- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a compliance, product or strategy role in the financial technology industry
- Experience with Governance, Operating Models, Roadmaps and Investment Decisioning
- Excellent research, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills - must be an effective and enthusiastic communicator.
- Good working knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Prior experience in engaging with Regulators
- Domain Experience across one or many of the following regulatory risk types (Financial Crime, Market Regulations, Tax, ESG)
