**About the Role**

**As a healthcare recruiter, you will be the brand ambassador for our hiring clients to attract healthcare professionals into their organization through a systematic headhunting approach.**

- **To work in partnership with People360’s business development team to understand the hiring requirements of government and private hospitals, aged care, and private healthcare institutions in Singapore.**
- **Attend virtual and on-site meetings with healthcare clients to consult on talent trends and to provide consultative recruitment advice**
- **To maintain and strengthen existing client relationships**
- **Perform job postings on various job portals and to actively engage with potential talents on Linkedin to attract active & passive healthcare professionals**
- **Screen, shortlist and interview healthcare professionals based on the client requisitions**
- **To maintain People360’s ATS/CRM by talents and moving them through the various pipeline stages**
- **To deliver qualified talents to our clients for shortlisting and interview coordination**
- **Negotiation of offers, compensation & benefits with both clients and talents**
- **Keeps the business development team abreast of changes in the talent marketplace, both in terms of potential business development activities and general marketplace intelligence, trends and news.**

**Requirements**:

- **Possess a recognized diploma/degree in related field of studies**
- **CEI Basic (preferred)**
- **At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter/consultant**
- **High performing team player**
- **A Relationship builder, self-motivated individual and a good communicator**

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
