**Responsibilities**
- Define, review and update quality management policies, processes and best practice methodologies
- Define quality plan, establish quality metrics and mechanism for collection of quality metrics and report on the metrics
- Support QA initiatives in alignment to the goals set by the department, including QA Improvement and Governance/Operationalization Initiatives
- Plan topics and design contents of QA Matters newsletter, organize brownbag sharing session
- Implement ITSM process for specific projects
- Conduct process workshop and training for targeted group such as project managers and service delivery managers
- Conduct Process & Operational IT audits and provide independent assessments on compliance to defined processes and process effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of relevant working knowledge and experience in implementing Quality Assurance, Quality Management (QM) System and at least 2 years in ICT audit.
- Experience in implementing QM for Software Development
- Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISM is preferred
- Able to deliver quality and thorough work, with eye for details.
- Team player & good interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
