**The Regional Sales Representative Role**
As a Regional Sales Representative, Singapore/APAC, you will play a key role in driving new business for a specific segment of the region by prospecting and closing new accounts with Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurers and Corporate clients. Your role will be focused on driving business opportunities with a major focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, and other parts of APAC.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales Asia to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of clients, dealing with the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signatures.
You will learn how to promote advanced analytics and data solutions to high-level individuals (C-levels, heads of data science, CIOs, heads of Innovation etc.) in quantitative and fundamental asset management companies.
Some occasional traveling in the APAC region can be expected.
You will be joining a rapidly expanding team early in its growth cycle, which means you will have an opportunity to shape the team's culture and evolve rapidly within the team.

Education Master's degree in market finance or similar degree from Business/Engineering School preferred. Experience 2 to 5 years of experience selling into financial institutions and liaising with decision makers, preferably in Singapore, Hong Kong or other countries in APAC. Experience in fintech preferred, selling financial data, software or financial products. Skills Knowledge in financial markets and strong appetite for Data Science and AI technologies; Organizational skills required to follow a structured sales process and track sales pipeline using CRM tools. Go-getter attitude and proactive personality with a problem-solving attitude and strong autonomy; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin business fluency is a plus to liaise with clients. Capable of understanding client technical needs within financial institutions, and articulating cutting-edge technology and its value proposition; Self-motivated and ambitious, you are ready to go the extra mile to make a difference; Experience using CRM tools, as well as negotiating and closing large and complex licensing agreements; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant skills;
