**Key Responsibilities**:
New Business Development - Regional Coordination, Intelligence, and Insight
- Lead the development of client, competitor, and market intelligence to inform strategic new business across APAC.
- Ensure all new business pursuits are insight-led, data-driven, and aligned with shifting client needs and industry trends.
- Coordinate the collection and synthesis of intelligence across local markets, creating a unified, streamlined process to support proposals and pitches.
- Validate and stress-test new business strategies through structured analysis and insight integration.
- Provide strategic input and ideation support to strengthen APCO’s competitive position.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives including client strategy, market positioning, narrative development, and other top-priority projects.
- Shape the future of APCO’s APAC business through special assignments that drive growth, deepen client relationships, and unlock new advisory opportunities.
AI Acceleration & Tool Enablement
- Assess current AI and data tools, identify capability gaps, and lead adoption and optimization for regional needs.
- Champion intelligent AI use across client work, business development, and internal operations to drive efficiency and generate deeper insights.
Strategy Development & Project Management
- Work closely with the APAC management team to continuously enhance APCO’s advisory offerings, keeping us globally integrated and regionally relevant.
- Take a leading role in shaping APCO’s next-generation advisory model—integrating business intelligence, innovation, and client priorities into every engagement.
