Responsibilities
- Help NPI and FAI with the development of new products and quality assurance from the prototype to mass production.
- Ensure that the documentation requirements and new product introduction (FA) requirements are met.
- Observe the NPI's construction and engineering assessment.
- In order to prepare for production handover, prepare and complete all FA documentation, including the QC/QA report.
- Before giving production FA projects, train QC inspectors.
- Qualification requires the validation of tools, procedures, and test techniques.
- Experience with process validation as a quality function.
- Execute First Article Inspection and assist in compiling measured data into the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
- Create, review, and update the control plans, FMEA, and work instructions for the quality functions as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of GD&T, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, and the 8D Report.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Capability for systematic documentation.
- Strong team player with initiative and the ability to work independently
- Working Location: Serangoon
- Working Time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
