**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Functioning as the point of contact for HR operation matters, HR related enquiries and disciplinary cases.
- Providing inputs for policies and processes.
- Identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Functioning as a liaison between employees, management and clients for manpower needs
- Handling people queries, grievances, concerns, issue resolution, emergency situations, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as HRBP or generalist role
- Minimum Diploma in HR or any relevant fields
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines/sudden situations
- Proactive and does not avoid conflicts/difficult situations & employees
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability
- Ability to negotiate and problem solve
