**Your new role**

As a Customer Service and Operational Support, you will be managing the complete Order to Cash processes while managing customer inquiries, quotation, and pricing on timely manner.

As a Customer Service and Operational Support, you will be troubleshooting all Invoicing, SPOC internally and externally while fulfilling sales administration, invoicing, credit/debit note, filing and reporting. This is a 6 months contract.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficient with SAP SD & MM module, pricing concept
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holders with 3 years relevant working experience.
- Competent dealing with regional/global customers.
