The Senior Production Planner is responsible for developing production/supply plans that consider demand, forecast, availability of material, resource, maintenance, and production capacity.

This position is part of the Materials Management team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop a robust and dynamic production planning model to facilitate the loading in the site. Regularly reviews with all stakeholders especially Operation and demand planners in order to devise realistic production plans for short and long term.- Collaborate with Operation and Materials teams to develop the weekly production plan to meet the committed output and monthly/quarterly goals. Run and monitor the progress of the fulfilment plan and resolve or mitigate any risks.- Involve in weekly fulfilment meetings to review OTD, Past Due and Recovery Plans. Perform prioritization, allocation, and level loading of the equipment to optimize the production to support urgent requests from internal/external Customers.- Complete ownership of production work orders. Prepares and releases production work packages, monitor and maintain all the dates and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.The requirements of the job include:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Science- 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing environment with APICS or ISM certification.- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 with advanced Excel skills.- Competency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP programs.- Process effective communication, analytical and strong problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of inbound supply chain, procurement, and warehouse activities.- Development of production tools and reports.
