**Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management team members globally and support global initiatives.
- Help define and execute the product development strategy, considering broad market trends towards sustainable investing norms.
- Offer consultation and advice information for clients willing to invest or set up business in Spain.
- Assist with due diligence process required to support investment decisions.
- Write research analysis on local project strategy opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement required tasks to ensure a smooth and timely launch of new local project.
- Responsible for sales and promotion of project within the company and target market, making adjustments to the direction of promotion according to the internal and external feedback, ensuring increased project popularity in the market.
- Responsible for negotiating and cooperating with Spanish lawyers to conduct long-term Spanish market research, project advantage analysis and increase project sales.
- Responsible for in-depth development of potential Spanish project opportunities.
- Responsible for leading the team to connect with the notary firm, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Spanish Consult in China to handle notarization of materials.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent), master degree is a plus.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in project analysis in international company, 3 years’ experience at similar management position.
- Proven analytical skills and communication skills.
- Proven track record in building relationships and working with a various levels of people demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skill
- Experience on ERP system is a plus.
- Honest, trustable, hardworking and a good team player.
- Able to fit into a flexible working time with clients from different time zone.
