Technician (Hostel)

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange/Shift furniture or other items as required by site supervisor.
- Possess technical knowledge to perform handyman jobs ( eg like changing of door locks, changing of light bulbs, changing of water faucets, simple rectification of faulty furniture, etc
- Assist to supervise term contractors whenever they are on site
- Assist to conduct site inspection as required by site supervisor
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by site supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
- Experience as handyman/Technician preferred
- Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail
