About The Team
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage daily liquidity operations on credit asset liability for consumer lending businesses, with In-depth knowledge on business scenarios and product features;
2. Build up credit asset liability cash flow and portfolio management model, and work out the strategy on asset liability match to ensure the balance between cost of funds and liquidity risks;
3. Support the analysis and negotiation with external partners to ensure sustainable funding sources for business expansion in terms of scale, quota, cost, risk, etc, and provide advice to support asset insurance, if any.
4. Responsbile for credit asset management related system development on key indicators, operational functionalities, and risk alerts.
5. Optimize credit asset mgt strategy and models leveraged by forecasting based on business features, and funding partner's capabilities.
6. Lead PM and R&D teams to develop the system capability to support consumer lending businesses in the long term.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of funding costs from external parties in various consumer lending business scenarios, such as ABS and channeling loans, specifically in the SEA region.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience in systematically thinking and learning quickly under pressure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer lending, with expertise in SEA markets.
