**Job description**:

- **Responsible in supporting all Electrical engineering works for the projects.**:

- **Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works.**:

- **Prepare and monitor project budgets for Electrical works including equipment selection, etc.**:

- **Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project.**:

- **Develop Electrical works’ project schedule and monitor/update as project progresses.**:

- **Perform Testing & Commissioning works.**:

- **Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings).**:

- **Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues.**:

- **Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals.**:

- **Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.**:

- **Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of the project.**:

- **Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim.**

**Requirements**:

- **At least 5 years’ experience in Construction project management for M&E projects.**:

- **Must have at least a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with Design and Build knowledge; able to conduct Engineering Calculation.**:

- **Excellent understanding of commercial Mechanical & Electrical systems.**:

- **Strong leadership and organizational skills.**:

- **Knowledgeable in construction policies and procedures, with field experience a must.**:

- **Highly motivated individuals with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.**:

- **Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player.**:

- **Be fully vaccinated and maintain the status of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as our company is in the construction sector unless they are medically ineligible for both MRA & non-MRA vaccines.**
