- Preferably have project life cycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in the following areas:
Consumer Banking Operations

- A hands-on team player who can see the big picture, possesses a can-do attitude, and can handle ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and planning skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork and inter-relationship skills.
- Adaptable, disciplined, and focused.
- Organized and systematic.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Able to work on multiple tracks/tasks.
- General appreciation of the system development life cycle, including Agile methodology.
- Change management experience.
- Must be able to work closely with all levels in both country teams and regional teams to deliver the project.
- Customer journey and employee journey focus.

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
