- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering
- Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
- Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables
- May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience
- Experience developing and implementing analytical strategies (model and non-model based targeting, segmentation, and customer research) in the financial services industry
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Creative problem solving skills with a passion to drive analytics

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

**Job Overview**

From a data and analytics perspective, the integration into CGW leads to an opportunity to transform the data capabilities and leverage on best of both GCB and CPB can offer. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Wealth Analytics, this role will ensure we reach our desired end-state of a forward-compatible, simplified, integrated data assets that will power data-driven decisions, campaign targeting, business reporting, customer engagement, sales and service journeys and many more.

Specifically, the role will be responsible for understanding the data needs under the integration requirement. Large part of this is the requirement from global and regional stakeholders which manages the CGW business holistically between CPB and GCB. A baselining of the current data assets and data capabilities and a roadmap of what processes can be done within a single set of platforms and investments, what are the gaps on what is available on one and not on the other, and lastly to work side by side with Technology team ensuring inputs from the analytics team have been considered for Technology to build solutions that will solve for the current gaps and also those that will promote the best features from either side CPB or GCB.
