**THE COMPANY**

This is an established MNC and the company is well-known in the market for their products and services. The company is expanding their operations and is seeking for a KYC Officer to be part of their KYC team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support KYC process to onboard new and existing counterparties (Companies or individuals)
- Receive/collect and review KYC documents
- Look out for/monitor adverse news/events, PEP, sanctions
- Report on findings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on any KYC information required (Credit, Legal, Compliance, Trade Finance, Traders)
- Ensure smooth onboarding process of the counterparty
- Ensure KYC procedures are in line with the company guidelines
- Any other adhoc duties

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 1 year of KYC experience in Compliance or credit experience from Commodities or Financial Institution or Banks
- Experience handling Worldcheck and/or Dow Jones
- Sharp, focus, meticulous and has good interpersonal and communication skills
