The incumbent will support the ACP Manager in the day-to-day operations of Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (FM ACP), which includes:

- Coordinating activities, e.g. projects, initiatives, events, meetings, etc. between FM ACP, SingHealth institutions, and partner research/educational institutions to advance FM ACP’s strategic and operational goals.
- Performing liaison functions to ensure smooth information flow within the ACP and/or with the relevant departments/external organizations as needed.
- Providing secretarial/administrative support in the activities of FM ACP.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of working experience. Prior experience in healthcare / academic setting will be an advantage.
- Good writing, communication, and organisational skills (pre-interview writing assessment required)
- Proactive, meticulous, good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
