About this role

Join a team of former Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Fund Administration professionals responsible for client-facing deployments of eFront’s cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions that cover front to back office needs across the Alternative Investments space, including for General Partners, Limited Partners and Asset Servicers.

Reporting to a Business Consulting Manager, Business Consultants work with a diverse group of clients, across several asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private debt, and venture capital, advising clients on system best practices and workflows around fundraising, deal pipeline management, fund management, portfolio management, investment monitoring, and GL accounting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading hands-on Initiation & Discovery workshops with clients, providing training on our out-of-the-box solutions, prescribing industry standard solutions
- Learn our clients’ investment structures, current workflows and reporting needs
- Analyzing clients’ business requirements and perform a gap analysis versus our best practice solutions, challenging clients on their existing business processes and requirements, where appropriate
- Working in conjunction with our Implementation Consultant team, design/implement/test solutions to meet client business requirements.
- Provide ongoing client advisory and support during the implementation, including solving data migration/reconciliation issues and UAT
- Lead/support end-user training
- Collaborate effectively with all members of the team, helping to build an inclusive, supportive, commercially focused environment
- Partner with our Product team to communicate new requirements and trends you’re seeing with our clients to help shape product innovation
- When required, collaborate with our Business Development and Solutions Engineering teams on proof of concepts

Education and Qualifications/Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Previous experience in Fund Administration, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or other Alternative Investment asset classes preferred
- Experience deploying financial software a plus
- Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under time restrictions.
