**Recruitment Consultant (Partnership)**

**The Opportunity**

A boutique recruitment firm specialising in niche practice areas including Life Science, Finance and Cyber is seeking for a Recruitment Consultant for Partnership.

As a business partner you will have the opportunity to grow your business together with the company. The partner will work together with other managing partners where everyone will help each other towards mutual success.

This role will be suitable for those who believe they can achieve more and receive more for the effort they have put in.

We are able to provide exising leads as well as to assist you to develop and generate new clients. The idea will be to create synergy towards building a sustainable business together.

We believe in an environment where everyone will back each other every step of the way towards success.

**What we look for**:

- You have gained experience working in the recruitment industry
- You have worked in a recruitment agency environment as a 360 consultant
- You **MUST **have obtained the **CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)**
- You have gained experience in or are able to carry out a client facing role, sales or consulting position
- You can demonstrate the understanding of the recruitment sales cycle process
- Ability to network and connect with people
- You are motivated to build a business, work independently and have a desire to do well
- You are someone who believes they can achieve more
- We are open to any industry knowledge that you have gained during your work in recruitment
