**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop a comprehensive project schedule that encompasses all activities from planning to site development, build-out, and post-construction adjustments.
Drive the management of large-scale office space projects, emphasizing flexibility in design to support different working styles and adapt to future needs.
Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings with Business Unit Representatives, major contractors, and other involved trades to discuss progress and resolve project challenges.
Navigate the complexities of site management for both standard office areas and innovative flexible spaces, ensuring projects meet design specifications and functionality requirements.
Prepare detailed project budgets and tender specifications that reflect the unique aspects of building large flexible office spaces.
Engage with site FM teams, technicians, and contractors, fostering effective communication and overseeing timely completion of tasks with comprehensive documentation.
Compile and analyze monthly reports to confirm adherence to plans, the completion of scheduled jobs, and prompt processing of invoicing.
Ensure customer specifications are met by rigorously managing schedules and reports, continually aligning project outcomes with customer expectations.
Oversee the planning and coordination of deliveries, resources, and services, ensuring all components arrive on schedule and conform to project needs.
Work closely with managers to engage the right contractors, arrange necessary permits, and implement special project requirements.
Source, evaluate, and manage third-party contractors to fulfill specific site and project demands, confirming efficient performance and accurate billing.
