On behalf of one of its clients, leader in the beverage industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a

**_French speaking Financial Controller/ Group consolidation manager._**

The hiring company is a leading group of companies in beverages products with strong market presence in Europe and Africa. The Groups business was founded 75 years ago and has recently relocated its Headquarter to Singapore.

Working closely with the Managing Director in Singapore, the Financial Controller/Group Consolidation Manager will oversee the Group consolidated accounts and financial reports.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements, for the holding company and its subsidiaries, using the sub-consolidation provided by sub-groups.
- Liaise with external group auditors (Pwc, or similar) and oversee the consolidation process for the holding company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS).
- Coordinate with subsidiaries finance teams to collect and review financial data and prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Preparation of the Country-by-Country Report (CbCr) of the Group and filling with the Tax Authorities of Singapore.
- Collaborate with internal auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations across multiple locations.
- Preparation on a regular Basis of cash flow statements and global financial position of the Group
- Participate in the preparation of the financial documents for presentation at the boards of Directors
