We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence among interior designers and architects within the laminates industry. As a B2B sales professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets through effective product positioning and exceptional customer service.
**Job Description**:
- Business Development: Identify and expand potential clients within the interior design and architecture sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing professional connections.
- Relationship Building: Develop, meet and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within existing IDs and Architects. Act as a trusted advisor and maintain regular communication to strengthen customer loyalty, address concerns, and provide post-sales support.
- Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs, preferences, and project requirements. Provide guidance and product knowledge to interior designers and architects to support their design specifications and material selection. Offer customized solutions and recommend suitable laminate options from our product portfolio.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Some track record in B2B sales, preferably within the interior design or architectural industry will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, attend trade shows, and industry events as necessary.
