**JOB OUTLINE**

**Your duties essential for the job**:

- Act as a commercial staff of sales/chartering/profit & loss management/market intelligence for the vessels owned/chartered/operated by NGSA and/or its related companies.
- Manage/establish good business relationships with its existing and new clients in Singapore and Asia/Oceania region.
- Manage/establish good business relationships with vessel owners and financial institutions.
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders and coordinate each project and cooperate with them in achieving the missions.
- Experienced in chemical product tanker operations.
- Collect intelligence relating to chemical product market, energy policies and situations in Asia/Oceania region, and report to relevant stakeholders, including NYK Group’s management/managers and NYK Line Tokyo HQ.
- Any other duties related to this role.

**Basic requirements**:

- Good knowledge and skills in sales, contracting, chartering, vessel operations, S&P and market intelligence in shipping companies.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, ship financing and cashflow analysis.
- Ability to travel worldwide where necessary.
- Bilingual in both English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking customers and associates.
- Attentive to details.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under stress.
- A team player with transparent working manner and willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job.
- Punctuality and good attendance is a MUST.
