Public Relation Senior Manager/assistant

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement company's public relations work plan in alignment with the company's strategic planning and organizational structure.

2. Establish and maintain a positive public image and reputation of the company, foster strong relationship with reporters, media, industrial experts, agents, and related public resources and other stakeholders.

3. Actively engage with partners, reporters, media, industrial experts to promote a clear understanding of the company's development.

4. Stay updated on relevant policies and regulations, collect information on industry dynamics, conduct industry and policy research.

5. Monitor, analyze and manage the status of public opinion related to the company, establish an effective crisis response plan promptly, and conduct crisis public relations treatment.

6. Coordinate and manage the preparation and release of press releases, newsletter, internal circulation, social media, website, and other communications to internal and external audiences.

7. Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in company public relations activities, media events, seminars, forums, etc.

8. Understand the relevant public policies and provide suggestions for the decision making of the senior executives, coordinate internal and external public relations to create a favorable internal and external environment for the development of the company.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job requirements**:
1. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in French considered a plus.

2. Bachelor’s Degree or above majoring in Public Management, Business Administration, Journalism, Chinese, Finance or other related majors.

3. Five or more years of experience in the Public Relation / Investor Relation / Media field with a good interpersonal communication channels.

4. Strong PR resources, excellent in establishing and upholding public relations.

5. Excellent observation and resilience skills, interpersonal coordination, ability to handle complex relationships and problems, highly sensitive to critical information.

6. Strong at understanding and expressing oneself, communication, coordination, analysis, and judgment, highly responsible, good at working with a team, and high-stress tolerance.

7. Job Location: Singapore, Beijing (China), Guinea (Africa)

8. Willingness to travel for business trips to Guinea, Africa.
