Reports to:
Vice President, Group Financial Control & Tax

Role & Responsibilities- Development and implementation of a Treasury Operations framework, while considering current requirements and future growth potential;- Working closely with the accounts team and senior treasury / finance staff to build out a robust treasury and financial reporting process with a focus on internal controls, risk management and compliance needs;- Working closely with Legal / Financial Control to substantiate balance sheet accounts and streamline month-end and annual reporting;- Working closely with legal, accounts and senior treasury / finance staff to document the new treasury and financial reporting processes;- Monitoring execution of the above processes to ensure they are performed in accordance with company standards and procedures;- Assist in maintaining and developing bank and counterparty relationships on a corporate and operational level;- Assist with cash and liquidity management and group funding requirements, including cash-flow forecasting, liquidity management and consolidated reporting for the group structure;- Monitoring and evaluation of bank and counterparty relations from a credit, risk, service and compliance aspect;- Developing best practices based on knowledge of the regulatory and tax environment from a treasury perspective; and- Any other ad-hoc duties as required deemed to be reasonably within the scope of your role- Supporting the risk management team where applicable

Experience/Qualifications- Understanding and enthusiasm about the crypto / digital asset space is preferable but not a must- Prior experience within financial services/asset management in control function roles is advantageous- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is required- Strong interpersonal skills with a very strong collaboration mindset- Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage through ambiguity and prioritise effectively- “Can-do, make it happen” attitude- Enthusiastic, energetic and ready to drive change
