**You'll be doing:

- Minimize losses & maximize the profitability of the department by assisting in the achievement of agreed targets
- Forward plan for seasonal changes in sales, covering, sales events and promotions, space & equipment needs and appropriate stock availability
- Drives productivity & ensures efficient ways of working

**People Management**
- Lead & motivate department staff to drive delivery of consistent high standards of performance and behavior
- Communicate effectively & engage the team throughout the department and the company

As a Sales Supervisor/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our store. You will lead by example, inspiring and guiding a team of talented retail professionals to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. Your exceptional communication skills and natural ability to motivate others will ensure a positive and engaging work environment.

**You need to have**:

- **Minimum 5+ years of work experience in the Retail industry with supervisory & management experience**:

- Good supervisory & management skills in managing the team & driving performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyse, interpret and translate data into meaningful business information for developing action
- Positive & flexible to cope with changing business needs
