**Your Career**
You will lead the JAPAC Strategy team, directly and visibly contributing to our overall strategy and success in the region. You will report to the global VP, GTM Strategy and will work in close partnership with our President of JAPAC and with other senior leaders in the organization to solve complex strategy challenges that are top-of-mind for our executives.
We are looking for a seasoned strategist who can help us on our acceleration journey in JAPAC and can help us architect and build THE leading cybersecurity business in the region. This is a leadership role with broad scope and team management responsibility and we need a talented leader that likes to “roll their sleeves up”, has a transformative mindset and demonstrates reliable judgment.
We expect office-based employees to be in the office four days per week, with one day working from where they choose. We believe being together facilitates casual conversations and those magic moments where we can work on issues and ideas informally. These moments build capability and deepen trusted relationships and allow our people to feel safe in taking risks and being disruptive. Like so many companies, we are working through the details and things could change. but in general if a role is deemed office-based we want our teams to be together four days per week.
**Your Impact**
- Develop and architect our GTM strategy for JAPAC and drive projects and efforts to unlock growth acceleration in the region
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations
- Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Marketing, HR) to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
- Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive level consumption
- Support strategy / business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organisation
- Drive change and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do what it takes to move from ideation to execution
- Act as an advisor and sounding board for the President of JAPAC and other senior leaders across the region
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior teammates and take personal interest in their growth
**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- 10 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in top management consulting, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or “bizops” functions
- GTM Strategy experience is a “must have”
- An International point-of-view with broad understanding and experience across the Japan and Asia Pacific region
- Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with discussions with senior audiences and executives
- Expert in building relationships and leading through influence
- Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations
- Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with mínimal supervision
- Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry, especially in SaaS, is a must - knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required
- Home base in Singapore or Sydney preferred, but open to all of JAPAC

The team tackles cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and People teams and drives our regional GTM and Sales Strategy in particular.
