**Accounting Associate (Receivable)**

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day receipt transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues to release credit block of client’s account.
- Update selling price master in ERP.
- Bank-in cash and cheques.
- Facilitate collection efforts by sending statement of accounts and answering customers' enquiries.

**Prerequisites**
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Familiar with accounting principles.
- Prior experience in using accounting software is beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office preferred.
- Proficient in English. Mandarin speaking is highly advantageous.
- Meticulous and detailed with a flair for numbers.
