Product Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Engineer (Wire Harness) to lead new product introduction (NPI) and provide end-to-end engineering support. This role includes project evaluation, sample development, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate manufacturability, prepare RFQ BOM, and assess tooling and packaging needs
- Lead NPI projects and resolve technical issues during the development process
- Review customer specs, set up BOM and part numbers, and request new tools/equipment
- Create process documents, release material drawings, and define testing parameters
- Coordinate sample builds, track progress, and optimize work hours
- Handle engineering changes and provide technical support to production and other departments
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics
- At least 3 years of experience in wire harness engineering
- Hands-on NPI project experience preferred; IPC620 training is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or 3D design tools
- Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
