**What You'll Do**
- Responsible for managing business development in one or more countries, regions, or industries. Serves as the relationship manager for multiple complex partner relationships.Performs market analyses and business-development activities to drive profitable sales volume.

**How You'll Do It**
- Manages new and existing partnerships to develop opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Partners internally and externally to identify, develop, and implement new business opportunities.
- Drives transaction volume and experience of existing partners in order to drive profitable growth.
- Develop and execute effective market strategy to grow overall card acceptance and/or issuing portfolio.

**Qualifications You'll Need**

**The Basics**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
- 8+ years of experience in Payments, Relationship Management, or Marketing
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Payments, Relationship Management, or Marketing

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
- Experience in Asian Markets, specifically Thailand
- Multilingual
