Roles & Responsibilities
- To have a good working attitude at all times.

- To greet guests and colleagues with a smile at all times
Operations
- Involved in pre-opening setup of the outlet and training of the service team and assist in formulating SOP and policies with the outlet manager
- Recommend and upsell promotional items and/or specials of the day
- Coordinate with kitchen and manage the flow of service in the outlet throughout
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest’s requests, solve problems during operation and gather feedback on guest satisfaction for service improvement
- Monitor the opening and closing duty checklists according to daily schedule
- Monitor and lead daily cashier team
- Complete daily report at the end of the shift and monitor and manage month-end inventory
- Ensure that the outlet is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and that the team is compliant with all safety regulations
- Ensure company’s standard operational procedures and policies are maintain and enforce
- Manage and adhere to purchasing procedures, ordering of stocks and handling suppliers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Hygiene And Sanitation
- Responsible for the hygiene of own self.
- Liaise and work closely with other colleagues for pre planning and execution of cleanliness of equipment
- To check all machinery, ensure proper maintenance and usage of the equipment. Misuse of equipment should be reported and disciplinary action will be taken.
- To follow the hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food / equipment / utensils
- To insist that working areas, working tables, working utensils such as carving boards, slicer, mixer, blenders, cutters etc are cleaned and properly sanitized
To ensure that the refrigerators, deep freezers, ceiling, walls, floors and shelving etc are clean at all times
Expected Start Date: Immediate
