**Periodic Duties**:

- Undertake adhoc tasks assigned by his/her supervisors:

- Perform porter service to support primary porter(s).
- Set up barricades for arrivals/departure (Celebs/Umrah/Haj).
- Set up stanchions at flexi arrival gates.
- Perform intra-terminal and/or inter-terminal trolley transfers.

**Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)**:

- Physically fit and able to: (1) Lift luggage (30Kg) onto raised platform, (2) Maneuver 12 connected baggage trolleys over 10 metres, (3) Push a loaded porter trolley (300Kg) on flat surface over 20 metres.
- Understand basic written/spoken English and/or a secondary working language.
- Neat and presentable.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player.
- Confident to operate lightweight transporter when selected/trained.Core Responsibilities:

- Observe assigned work area and/or other work areas, locate unused trolleys left by passengers.
- Collect unused trolleys using basic planning methods to gather, stack and move trolleys to designated Trolley Staging Point(s).
- Transport unused trolleys using lightweight transport machinery or manually transporting them.
- Practice caution and watch for passengers/structures (i.e. chairs) while moving unused trolleys to designated Trolley Staging Point(s).
- Ensure minimum number of trolleys is always available at the designated Trolley Staging Point(s) located within assigned work area.
- Ensure no accumulation of more than 8 scattered trolleys within 10 mins in his/her assigned work area.
- When deployed as Taxi-Coordinator, to assist taxi passengers with general and ground transportation enquiries including type of taxis and fare charges.
- Assigns passengers to the taxis in sequence based on First-in First Out
- Manages and control the passengers flow at the taxi queuing area

Ensure continuous supply of taxis towards the taxi stands and directing taxis to individual taxi bays.
