Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities
- Ability to bring analytical rigor, structure, and effective solutions to poorly defined problems
- Joining up disparate teams and priorities to ensure most efficient delivery
- 1.Work closely with Project Lead, Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic or major initiatives as part of the organization’s roadmap and strategy
- 2.Manage relationships across all departments, partners including external parties (vendor and/or outsource partners), defining requirements, agreeing terms, and ensuring delivery in accordance to agreed timeline
- 3.Manage the project to attain the project goals and achieve stakeholder’s satisfaction
- 4.Delivery of projects with agreed parameters, i.e., cost, scope, schedule, and outcome, and they are baselined and traceable, take appropriate corrective action to ensure delivery remains on track
- 5.Assist with the management of resources (people, budget, technological) to ensure delivery of the complete program of work to the organization
- 6.Plan and manage internal and external project resources (vendor and/or outsource partners) to ensure delivery of project outputs within agreed parameters
- 7.Ensure the project team is well organized, adequately staffed and working well together
- 8.Ensure adequate analysis to define and validate the project problem/opportunity, design and develop appropriate solutions
- 9.Ensure adequacy of project documentation and testing
- 10.Minimize exposure and risks by identifying and proactively managing with agreed mitigation actions that are agreed, i.e., mitigation, financial and operating risks and issues affecting the project
- 11.Develop, prepare, and deliver Management Information and reports regularly to support decision making
- 12. Provide prompt progress updates as required and in line with company’s standards
- 13. Maintain meaningful communications among project stakeholders

**募集要項**
- Education / Training:Degree from any recognized University
- **Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in financial industry
- At least 3 years of project management and/or business analysts experiences- Strong systems engineering skills in Middleware technology is a must
- Experience in Configuration Management tool such as Ansible, Puppet
- Knowledge of Technology Middleware vendors, and associated product/service offering
- Knowledge of industry technology trends
- Knowledge of IT security, Risk Management and Security Controls
- Knowledge:

- a) Professional / Trade Qualification
- Project Management certifications like PMP and Prince2 will be an advantage
- b) Computer Proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and MS Visio
- Must have demonstrated strong technical proficiency in managing both Development &
- Architecture Design related to IBM IIB, MQ, IBM API Gateway, WebSphere, IIS, Apache, JBos
