**Position Summary**
- Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards
- to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure it complies with all relevant
- regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
- Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in
- accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full
- and accurate statement of its financial position.
- Collect, compile, verify and analyse financial information and prepare financial reports and
- accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for
- making financial decisions.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, cash flow, yearly budgets and 5-year plan.
- The role will work closely & independently with business leader and colleagues in the Industry Service
- business line. In addition, this role will be supporting the Finance Manager in taxation, AP and audit
- matters.

This position reports to the Finance Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle full set of monthly financial closing including AP/ AR for one of the business lines
- Ensure month end financials are duly uploaded to Cognos
- Prepare weekly cash flow reporting
- Prepare monthly forecasts, yearly budgets and 5-year plan
- Prepare annual global insurance update
- Monitor working capital, liquidity, and funding requirements
- Handle annual audit and prepare audited financials
- Prepare monthly tax updates; handle full tax filing and compliance
- Handle accounts payables including payments
- Review capital expenditure requests
- Handle internal audit and CMC compliance
- Assist AP Accountant on payments and cash flow reporting during their absence
- Assist to update monthly tax updates for other business lines
- Assist other ad hoc responsibilities assign by Finance Manager
- Job Specifications, Skills, And Experience
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Good analytical skills with good knowledge in accounting principles and tax requirements
- Ability to prioritize task and meet high standards with tight reporting deadlines
- Organised and meticulous with an eye for details
- Reporting/ analysis experience advantageous
- Good Microsoft skills such as excel
- Experience in Sun-system and Cognos preferred
