**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct sensory evaluations, along with chemical and microbiological tests, on both products and raw materials.
- Understand and implement sampling plans, conducting sampling of raw materials and products as required.
- Prepare laboratory culture media and reagents as needed.
- Prepare product samples upon customer request or for internal/external laboratory testing.
- Accurately document all necessary information on the provided inspection forms and master list.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and its equipment.
- Notify the QC Head of Department (HOD) about lab inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of necessary items and equipment for analysis.
- Report any non-conformities in raw materials and products to the HOD.
- Store retained raw material samples according to production dates for future reference in case of customer quality disputes.
- Participate in company-wide activities and tasks as required.
