**Location**: Tuas, Singapore - RelyOn Singapore (Formerly known as MSTS Asia Singapore)

RelyOn Singapore, a member of RelyOn Nutec, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, is recognized as the world's largest provider of specialist safety training for the offshore, maritime, and renewable industries. Every year, we deliver realistic and valuable training to employees in the energy and shipping sectors.

We are seeking **Freelance Instructors** to support our core trainers in delivering a wide range of safety training programs at our **Training Center in Tuas, Singapore**, and customer premises (onshore and offshore).

If you have experience or hold relevant certifications to conduct **BOSIET / Water-Based Courses, HSE/Basic Skills Training, or Diver/Training Assistance**, we encourage you to apply

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Freelance Instructor, your roles and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering practical and theoretical safety training courses to the highest standards.
- Delivering or assisting in the facilitation of specific training modules, any one or more of the following:

- _**BOSIET / Water-Based Courses**_: BOSIET/TBOSIET/FOET/TFOET, CAEBS (Dry & Shallow Water), Basic Sea Survival, Pilot Ladder, RSAF._
- _**HSE/Basic Skills Training**_: Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Working at Height/Rescue at Height, MIST/IMIST, H2S Awareness._
- _**Diver/Training Assistance**_: Assisting with pool-based practical exercises (e.g., HUET/RSAF/Sea Survival) and basic course practicals (e.g., BOSIET lifeboat, Firefighting, TSBB)._
- Ensuring proper preparation, maintenance, and reporting of training equipment and facilities.
- Engaging in continuous self-learning and professional development to stay up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Providing excellent customer service to participants, visitors, and colleagues, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Academic Qualification & Certification**:

- Any one or more of the following relevant certifications based on the specialization area
- **For BOSIET/Water-Based Instructors**: Certification in BOSIET/FOET/TBOSIET or equivalent is highly preferred.
- **For HSE/Basic Skills Instructors**: Relevant HSE certifications such as Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, or MIST/IMIST.
- **For Diver/Training Assistant Roles**: PADI Open Water & Advanced Open Water Diver Certification (or equivalent).

**Other Requirements**:

- Experience in training or related industries is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to supporting training sessions and ensuring participants have a safe and enriching experience.
