**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet P8 solutions including workflow automation, case management, and content repository structures.
- Customize and extend IBM Content Navigator (ICN) to enhance usability and functionality.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems using Java, REST APIs, and web services.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure the stability and performance of FileNet and ICN environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations of FileNet and ICN components.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to ECM development best practices.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) development and configuration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of IBM Content Process Engine (CPE) and ICN widget development.
- Experience integrating FileNet with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server).
- Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server and enterprise system integration.
- Understanding of ECM security, compliance, and information governance standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- IBM Certified Developer - FileNet P8 and Content Navigator.
- Experience with cloud-based ECM solutions, particularly on Microsoft Azure.
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar tools for automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ECM environments.
