**Purpose & Scope**
- A self-driven and creative Digital and Content Strategist who will play a key part in shaping and delivering compelling content that tells the Sembcorp story across multiple platforms.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and drive content strategy for Sembcorp’s corporate website and social media channels
- Create engaging, relevant and timely content that supports business priorities and builds brand reputation
- Support the planning and execution of through leadership initiatives and events
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to source, package and deliver content
- Monitor digital trends and performance analytics to improve content effectiveness
- Propose and implement fresh ideas to strengthen digital storytelling

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience with proven experience creating and managing content for websites and social media
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
