**The Role: Assistant Manager - Cocktail Lounge**

We're on the hunt for a dynamic **Assistant Manager** to join our **high-volume, fast-paced cocktail lounge**—a refined venue pulsing with energy, live music, and top-tier mixology. You'll play a key leadership role in delivering seamless service, energizing the team, and helping create nights to remember.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and inspire a passionate front-of-house team during high-pressure, late-night shifts
- Maintain service excellence and smooth operations in a **vibrant, fast-paced** environment
- Support the GM with scheduling, training, inventory, and daily reporting
- Ensure guests enjoy a polished, high-energy experience with each visit
- Act as a floor leader and problem-solver during busy hours

What We’re Looking For:
Prior hospitality/bar management experience in high-volume or nightlife venues
Strong leadership and communication skills
A calm, confident presence under pressure
Deep passion for cocktails, entertainment, and nightlife culture
Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month
