**Job Description:

- **2 Months Temporary Account position **(potential to convert to permanent role is good performance)
- Perform full set accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
- Maintain accounting files and records for the group
- Preparation of all disbursements of cheques, and transfers
- Work closely with the management, purchase and HR departments
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years Experience in full spectrum of Accounts Duties preferably in F&B/construction sector
- Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
- A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of **Autocount software **is an added advantage
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
- Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
- Working day: 5 Days
- Working area: 21 Chin Bee Avenue
