**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a L&D executive to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all L&D training related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a L&D executive looking after end-to-end training needs, coordination of training programs, learning needs analysis and leading on internal training. You would be able to support on the driving and championing of L&D functions/initiatives within the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Strong experience in providing Learning & Development support to the organization
- Plan, manage and conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the training plan
- Conduct post-training evaluation and support on the development of leadership programs
The role is also open to fresh graduates who have done an internship in L&D before.
