GameRefinery is a leading provider of feature level data in the mobile games market. We help our clients delve into the very building blocks of mobile games to uncover the drivers behind success. Leading mobile game studios, and publishers use GameRefinery for portfolio strategy, market analysis and benchmarking.
**Revenue & Sales**
GameRefinery sales team works with the largest mobile app developers in the industry to help them improve their game features and monetization in multiple markets.
The Account Manager will join the growing APAC Growth team to support in delivering services and solutions to our clients and growing our portfolio in APAC.
The fit we're looking for? : Account Managers who know their customers and the industry from the inside out. You are up to date on industry news and you know what your partner's next big moves are and have a feel for where the industry is headed and where their competitors might be heading next.

**Location**:
- This role is eligible to work out of the Singapore or Beijing office on a flexible WFH/WFO schedule.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- You will proactively generate new up-sell revenue from existing customers, and possess an ability to analyze the additional services and products that could bring more value to our customers.
- Renewing customers' existing SaaS subscriptions and work closely with the Customer Success team to drive adoption and engagement within existing accounts.
- Become a trusted advisor and will excel at presenting how our product suite can help a company create winning strategies for the mobile market.
- Listen to customer / prospect needs and translate them into new product suggestions & updates.
- You will work with both established publishers and the fastest growing developers in Gaming.
**Qualities that will make you successful in this role**:
- 3-5 years of relevant account management or sales experience, managing a customer portfolio and quarterly revenue target
- Ability to travel up to 10% for in-person client meetings—both local and international
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Telling a story with data; A strong understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Effective communicator
- Active contributor to a dynamic office culture
- Experience in the mobile and gaming industry
- Fluency in English and Business Mandarin is required as you will be working closely with clients in Greater China Region. Fluency in other APAC languages are a plus.
