**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Director with a strong foundation in Java-based technologies (React, Spring Boot, Mobile Applications) and a proven track record in IT consulting, project leadership, and cloud pre-sales—preferably with AWS experience. You will drive strategic client engagements, provide technical direction, and lead the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives across sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across full SDLC, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales activities, including proposals, presentations, and solutioning for Java/cloud-based projects.
- Oversee technical solutioning, architecture, and implementation leveraging Java (Spring Boot, React, Mobile) stack and AWS services.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for key engagements.
- Develop project plans, monitor timelines and budgets, and ensure quality delivery.
- Guide technical teams, mentor junior leads, and uphold consulting excellence.Provide thought leadership in digital solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean citizen (due to project clearance/client requirements).
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in project/program management roles.
- Strong development/technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Mobile Applications.
- Experience in a consulting environment (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, NCS, etc.).
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven success in client-facing roles, including pre-sales, bid management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
