Merchandising Executive

We are looking for a meticulous Merchandising Executive to join us in purchasing, merchandising and inventory management. This role will be in-charge of providing support and communication with workflows around retail store operations and related merchandising activities.

**JOB SCOPE**:

- Manage purchase orders from sample development to shipment
- Monitor stock movement and review inventory to execute allocation and management of stocks
- Review weekly replenishments and analyse merchandise sell-through to propose action plans for slow-moving merchandise and future reorders
- Review sales results and prepare management reports
- Coordinate with suppliers and respective retail stores to ensure stocks are efficiently and effectively allocated
- Build strong rapport and liaise closely with logistics and warehousing team

**CRITERIA**:

- A confident personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Working hours from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays (half-day)
- Proficient in MS OFFICE
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterparts
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Junior executive specialised in merchandising or equivalent is a plus

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
