**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and UAT deliverables.
- Design, develop and document detailed test plans and cases.
- Coordinate, manage and track the progress of UAT until completion and ensure alignment of timeline.
- Execute test cases, document test results, raise and retest defects/bugs till test cases are closed/passed.
- Provide UAT status reports and updates, and escalate issues that may impact the UAT schedule.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve any defects/deviations timely and effectively.
- Ensuring product quality standards are met.
- Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 1-year experience with UAT testing in large-scale finance institutions/systems.
- Possesses some knowledge in Financial Services/ Trading & Investment Services/ Digital Products & Platforms.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and accountable individual.
- Experienced in using defect management tool JIRA.
- Self-initiator with good teamwork, interpersonal skills, and keen learning attitude.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as there will be close interaction with colleagues based in China.
